Cafe Connect

​Every Thursday we have a lunch and socialization event.  Programs start at noon, and food is served at 12:30pm.  Once per month we have entertainment.  Join us for food, fun, and friendship, every Thursday!

Exercise Hour

A fun and engaging exercise class focused on improving balance, flexibility, and range of motion through games and activities.  Join Katy on Monday mornings for fun and fitness!

Memory Cafe

The Memory Café helps seniors struggling with memory loss and dementia.  We come together to play games, do puzzles, and talk with one another.  Our Memory Café seniors then join the rest of our seniors for lunch.  
Caregivers are also welcome to join us to receive a break in their responsibilities and to share lunch with us.  

Transportation

We can assist seniors with transportation to appointments, getting groceries, and to senior social and health gatherings. The senior must be able to transfer to and from a car without lifting assistance.

North East Seniors provides free maintenance assistance in order to keep our friends safe in their own homes.  Call us for help at 651-808-1901

The Silver Slam

Join us for cards, board games, puzzles and crafts.  Every Wednesday from 1 - 3pm.  The first Wednesday of every month is bingo with great prizes.  Every Wednesday after we can play cards, board games, or any other activity you would like to engage in.  Gather your friends and join Katy for fun and games and show everyone what you got!
